Our farm's unique merroir (taste of place)is influenced by freshwater springs around Fox Island. This subtle blend of brine and mineral water imbues our oysters with a signature, exceptionally clean flavor and crisp finish.
We commit two full years to growth, processing each oyster individually by hand from seed to market. This personalized labor guarantees the highest quality: perfectly cupped, hard shells for easy shucking, and a toothsome bite that reflects their long, healthy maturation.
